This is the most basic and most widely used type of tapered roller bearing.Tapered roller bearings are divided into:TS,TSF,TSU,TSL.

Tapered roller bearings :TS(Pressed Steel) 

Design Attributes:
1.Single cone and cup.
2.One-piece pressed steel cage retains rollers on the cone and spaces them evenly.
3.Pin type cages also available.
Tapered roller bearings :TS (Pin-Type);
Design Attributes :
1.Additional rollers accomodate larger loads.
2.Cage features two rings at each end of the rollers.
3.Cage pins are threaded in the center of each roller and welded at the ends.
Tapered roller bearings :TSF (Flanged Cup) :
Design Attributes:
1.Cup is backed against flange face to allow housing to be through-bored.
2.Accurate alignment of housing bores.
3.Reduced machining costs.

Tapered roller bearings :Precision Bearings
Design Attributes:
1.Tighter manufacturing specifications resulting in greater rotational accuracy.
2.Reduced tolerances on bore and outside diameter, creating improved performance in high speed, high temperature applications.
3.Straight race and/or roller profile designs (versus crowned profile designs) for increased accuracy and rigidity.
4.Controlled machining and assembly processes to ensure that components are matched properly and exact specifications are met.
5.High load-carrying capabilities so that bearing fatigue life is enhanced.
6.The ability to be adjusted during installation so that operating torque, shaft rigidity and operating temperature can be precisely controlled.
